I get the notion that they feel the company they work for is unethical to the point that I feel bad for the animals they try their best not to sell. Terrible customer service all around and it’s not fun to be educated in these animals yet still feel talked down to and belittled for even considering the idea of purchasing an animal.

Took our dog to a different groomer with an appointment and our dog Archie was cheerfully accepted and we got a very fine grooming. Nice selection of dog needs at your store.
