- PKPatrick KrierSep 20, 20261.0His place is terrible and doesn’t care about customers in the least. I took out dog here today for a wash, toenail clip and anal gland cleaning. All standard. When I went to pick her up, I asked if the anal gland thing was done and the groomer said I needed to have requested it. Their website says it’s included. AND I asked when I dropped off the doggie, that they please perform that service. In any case the groomer was happy to do it while I was there to pick her up and it only took a few minutes. So I go to pay and our pup had the runs on the floor. Shocking since she has never had diarrhea since we rescued her. I was then given a roll to f ery non-absorbent paper towels and a trash can and told I had to clean it up! Now I’m not beneath that kind of thing, but I am a senior with bad knees. The gals at the front desk didn’t seem to care and I was told to take care of it. I asked if they had a mop or anything and she said they mop it later after I’m done wiping it up on my hands and knees. Awful customer service and attitude. Thinking back, I should have just left it there. I won’t be back to this place again and will instead use a local small business.

Went to get a fish and the staff member went ahead and put the fish in a bag which he then filled up with water from the sink, didn’t even properly tie the bag and took him 10 minutes to check me out
