  Staff is friendly and helpful but not in that weird-desperate annoying way. I appreciate the space. They usually have a decent selection and the store is clean and organized. The animals are well cared for which is the biggest deal to me tbh.

  Evey had the worst customer service. No greeting, not once did she ask if we could be helped and when she did open her mouth it was purely rude "excuse me, I have to get right here." Definitely needs for training or a day in a rage room to break a few sets of dishes.

  If you own a reptile or amphibian, I would not recommend going here. They were VERY low on things for them and compared to PetSmart, I prefer PetSmart. The service could have been better as well.

  This review has nothing to do with the staff, in fact the staff responded swiftly and expressed concern. I saw a ball python (enclosure B3) in their water bowl and noticed it had snake mites. I told the staff and as previously mentioned they were responsive. This is the second Petco that had poor snake husbandry. These animals don’t ask to be here, Petco, money isn’t more important than animals health’s and well beings. If you claim to care for all animals well being model it.

  the white front desk lady at the groomers was very rude. i had an appointment at 11am and I walked in at 10:58am almost 10:59am so that I wouldn’t been too too early for my pups appointment. I didn’t even step two feet into the door after I open it and the lady yells at me, “Um please go wait outside!” what the heck? I have an appointment in less than a minute, instead of asking any type of clarifying question, or even saying in a calmly manner “Are you able to wait outside the door for a moment?” but no, just straight disrespect. I ended up leaving and went to the Petco on Tacoma Mall Blvd and I got much nicer service.
