  The staff at PetCo are so friendly and knowledgeable, their prices are very competitive, especially with the costs of things today. I will continue to shop PetCo in Stanwood for these reasons! 😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I was helped by a wonderful employee - Laela - who helped me figure out a solution for a collar for my cat. The cat collars kept breaking because they’re cheaply made and she had the idea to grab an extra small dog collar and move the little bell over. It worked and was a small price difference but a solution that works well! I really appreciated her positive helpful attitude and she was really friendly. Kudos!

  horrible customer service... whoever was checking out a nice man was incredible rude to a very nice gentleman... it upset me so much I don't think I will be back if this individual still has a job. I over heard him say he used too hate him? I have never heard someone speak be so rude and condescending... Even after he said all that and belittled this customer. the gentleman pays for his bag of food and has the heart to say "God Bless You". I don't know the whole story, nor do I care to. If this was political or if they had a past relationship. It was wrong. He needs to be fired. It Ruined my entire day... Wish i could put ZERO stars... I will drive to smokey point from now on.

  On 6/17/26 I was at the Stanwood, Washington store looking for cat calming diffusers. When I couldn't locate the product I approached the cashier, Lela (unsure of the spelling) for help and she located the product that was behind the counter. I didn't want the combo package that included the plug-in diffuser at the price listed, but she recommended just the single pack package and price matched the item which saved me just over $10 and I purchased that. Lela displayed a courteous, professional demeanor and a genuine interest in my needs and should be recognized by your company for that. Her positive, outgoing attitude is what all employees should aspire to and she definitely convinced me to return to the Stanwood outlet for my pet needs. Thank you very much Ma'am.

  I purchased some red wigglers AKA earthworms a few days ago. The container had a third of what it was supposed to have in it, so I went back to let them know. They made it right without any questions asked, I really appreciate that they stood behind what they sold. Thank you!
