  We took our pets here for ten years and always loved the doctors and vet techs but had to make the decision to find another clinic. There were a number of reasons we left, including: one of the longtime front desk employees being hard to work with and condescending, unwillingness to call in or respond to pharmacy requests to refill meds over the phone/fax even when they made an error and wrote the prescription for 2 months instead of 3 (we dont live close so would have to leave work early or wait until the weekend to be able to drive there and pick it up), always charges a $70 office visit even when you’re just there for a blood draw, seem to always be wanting to do test after test after test started to feel like a money grab instead of what was just needed- oh and they lost all our records for our cat. Swore up and down she must have never been seen there but she most definitely was.

  Visiting from out of state and went to Northwest Veterinary for an emergent issue with my dog. Dr Dawson, Erin and the entire staff were absolutely phenomenal! They kept me informed throughout the day on my dog and were so kind! I highly recommend Northwest Veterinary.

  The front desk ladies were so kind. The vet we saw was very thorough and attentive. My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes and has lost a significant amount of weight despite increasing her protein / calorie intake. They were very compasionate and were not judgemental. The environment felt very safe and welcoming unlike some other vet clinics I have delt with in the past. I highly recommend this clinic. Bonus its 2 minutes from my house. I love it. So glad I brought my dog here.

  NW Veterinary Clinic has been my chosen pet care provider since the late 1960's. I am a huge animal lover and I am very selective when it comes to all of my pets healthcare needs. The office staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The Dr's and vet technicians are top notch. They are very gentle with the animals and show genuine care and concern for you pets well being. They take time to do thorough exams. They explain what they are doing, what the assessment results are and provide excellent education and options for the heath care needs of your pet. I have highly recommended this clinic to many of my friends and relatives.
