    Got a couple of vaccines for my dog here. I was completely ignored for 10 minutes while waiting to be checked in. The female checking people in was not personable at all, even inconsiderate, although she was very flirty with the guy before me in line and the guy after me. It was a very different experience from the first time I was here. I will only come back because it's cheaper to get vaccines here than at my vet.

    My dog was overdue for his vaccinations due to an oversight on my part, and Vetco was the quickest place I could get him into. I was a little skeptical, but I would gladly use them again! Very affordable and extremely convenient if you're in a situation like I was. The staff was kind and supportive when I explained that my dog has a history of not being the best patient. He made friends with everyone, and he was even happy to give everyone some goodbye hugs after he got his shots. If my dog approves, that's all the confirmation I need that it's worth utilizing them in the future!

    Great experience with the South Hill Vetco clinic. The gals running the clinic were very caring and informative. It was my kitten's first time getting shots and they were very sweet and comforting toward her. They educated me on the benefit of various services without pushing for a slew of expensive treatment options like I've had with other vet clinics. Very reasonably priced as well. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone needing to vaccinate their fur babies.
