- ESEileen Smith4 days ago5.0The new Petco is beautiful very well laid out organized everything and it looks bright and clean and very accessible for everyone you're allowed to bring your dogs in if they're on a leash they have a wide variety of different things for just about everything you could think of for your pet needs all of the people that work there are extremely helpful and friendly and polite very excellent customer service

- SSSeSep 10, 20261.0The manager on shift yesterday (Zach - Zachariah Mann) was extremely rude. While trying to process my kitten adoption he engaged with me in a deeply unprofessional manner. He refused to communicate with me. Spokanimals had contacted him regarding my situation (I have proof), and he pretended that he didn't know what I was talking about. Zach's behavior was deeply damaging. His actions scarred what was supposed to be a happy occasion. The rest of the staff at this petco were helpful, but Zach's actions were completely unacceptable. I have others that will back up my experience.
