However, the customer service I received at the checkout was top notch. The young man who checked me out was helpful and took the time to show me how a dog harness worked. He was pleasant and polite. He acted like he enjoys his job. The customer service made up for anything else lacking.

After waiting another 10 minutes and went and asked again for help. I would have walked out except we were there to get fish for my son and I didn’t want to disappoint him. Will go elsewhere next time

The store itself is tidy and well stocked. The prices are comparable to the big stores, but more choices are available for specialty foods and things. They have a big pet fish selection. Some different types of pet birds. Birds that talk. Reptiles and spiders. You can, at times, see a few cats for adoption. Geckos. Food for all the above listed pets. Including crickets and worms. Roaches.
