  Very disappointed in Petco’s introduction of “desk pets” which markets animals like toys instead of the commitment that they are. This will inevitably lead to the mistreatment of many animals. I have been bringing my dog here for grooming every six weeks and buying my dog’s food and cat’s litter here but will no longer be giving them my money.

  State of this workforce today is unable to do a simple job... trained professionals?? Not allowed to be, or just like to waste the time of patrons?. Either way 4 people at the shot clinic were not allowed to complete shots on moms (70 year old lady) 3 cats.. we made appt., showed up early, while no one was in front of us they were doing nothing and said we had to have 3 separate carriers for the 3 cats mom loaded up by herself, so all 6 of us couldn't contain moms 3 cats? No shots, mom is flipping, nd you all 4 are terrible people. No compassion, no service, no respect

  I love Petco! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Online is great as well! Great prices and deals. Lots of selection. Our crew is very satisfied!

  Our normal routine dog groomer has been out so we were looking for something this week, the lady informed me they actually had an appointment for 1pm today! COOL. We get there 10 mins before for any paperwork needed and Alyssa took her back after telling me it would take “a couple hours” my dog is tiny and still needs to go out side ever 3-4 hours or she tends to have accidents (she’s a pup) at that 3:30 mark, I hadn’t heard back so of course we’re going to go check on how she’s doing!! Alyssa shouted while checking another man out “we’re running behind it’ll be closer to that 3-4 hour mark??? For my 10 pound dog… I was confused this has never happened before . So she basically told me they kept my girl in a kennel alone probably scared for over 3 hours SINCE HER ONE OCLOCK appointment?? Nobody said hey we might not get to her til after said appointment time. Nothing of the sort. So we’re walking around looking at stuff til at least 4 o’clock and as we were walking to see if she’s been touched yet another older lady comes flying out the door that we needed to back away from an OPEN window because she sees us and it’s making her anxious? Like WHATTT? So you’re now telling my we can’t even see my dog while in this room everyone in the store can see? For our normal 30$ cut to 80$ AND asked for a tip again for my 10 pound TINY dog ? Absolutely unprofessional, unbelievably disrespectful, and they seem to all lack communication? We finally picked her up at 5:30PM !!’ Everyone else in the store was awesome. But the groomers, absolutely not. Will never recommend them or be back to this location.
