  Petco is a great store for all pet supplies. It is always stocked up; no empty bins. I can always find the brands I use for my 2 dogs and 1 cat.

  Clerk allowed an aging confused customer to yell at me repeatedly while just standing there, silently begging me (a customer at checkout) to handle it. I remained silent the whole time and the clerk allowed it to go on for nearly a minute before barely saxophoning directives to the customer.

  I tried to bring 2 kittens in for their first set of vaccinations. After being directed by the cashier with attitude and the dismissive reactions from the staff members doing the vaccinations, I will not be going to Petco for any of my animals needs.

  Took my 13 year old dog for a wash and cut for the fourth time. A new groomer received us at the desk. Ask me if “Charlie had any problems”. I acknowledged that they knew he had Addisons. She didn’t know what that was looked it up, talked with manager and they denied me service. I reminded her that Charlie had been there before and they loved him. She said it was an oversight of the groomer. I had 4 different groomers and was NEVER rejected. Really made me upset. You wait for an appointment and then get rejected for no real legitimate reason.

  I've given the grooming salon at the 29th store so many chances over the years but I've had enough. The staff is unfriendly and always makes you feel like you are an inconvenience when coming in for a nail trims. You aren't able to schedule a nail trim so when are you suppose to get them done? I've brought dogs in for trims several times only to be turned away and asked to come back. The icing on the cake for me was when one of the groomers made a note in my dog's file that he wouldn't stay standing for haircuts and so they didnt want him back again. Another groomer read that to me and I never took my pups there again. My mom however continued to take her two dogs to that store and as her dogs became older it has become hard for her to load them up and get them in for nail trims. Today I had some time to help her with the dogs, we loaded them up and took them down only to be told they were closed at 4pm on a Saturday. The unfriendly staff who cant seem to be bothered to do their job, never knowing if a service can be done or not, and the constant excuse of being understaffed has earned this location 1 star
