Staff is super disingenuous and shady. Found a young crow with a hurt leg and called them to see if I could bring it in, which they said yes. Brought him in and next day called to check on it and Rachel answers the phone and is somewhat short with me from the get go, then when I give her my info to check on the bird she cheerfully tells me they euthanized it and cant provide any medical information whatsoever. I assume it would just be too expensive to help him, but it would have been nice if they had just told me they couldn’t take it from the get go so could’ve taken it somewhere where he could actually be helped. Or at the very least told me the truth, I mean come on why are you withholding medical information for a bird 😂

I took my cat into this vet. He didn’t pressure me to do anything I didn’t want to do and listened to me. He gave me a some tips of course I listened . One particular thing he told me to do was buy a water fountain for my cats to drink, I did buy it but I didn’t think much of it. Since getting the fountain my cat as well as my other cats have drank more water than he ever, they love it! He is doing much better and I have learned information to help me in the future. Finding a small business that is passionate about what they do it’s hard to come by, I will recommend this clinic to everyone!

They said my cat had a parasite back in February and that's what caused her prolapse on her backside it has now been confirmed she never had a parasite they also did a purse string procedure which failed within two months she had another prolapse mind you the pushed relentlessly for parasite testing which as I now know was a complete waste of time to get money especially after I told them 3 different times that neither of my other two animals who all live in extreme proximity in a very small space together had no symptoms a clean bill of health told me they could not identify the parasite but she did have one now back to this last prolapse I called and they refused to give me advice on what to do because I went $850 in debt from the last visit and could not afford to take her back in and begged for advice to just keep her comfortable until I could either find a way to pay a vet or to surrender her to ensure she got the care she so desperately needed I also asked to speak to vet directly and they ensured me he would call me he did not he had his assistant call and tell me they can and won't do or say anything without seeing her in person so she was forced to be isolated in a cone and in a kennel with a medical emergency for 6 days until I could find a shelter to surrender her I would also like to mention that back in February when paying the bill we were $3 short and they refused to release her until we paid the $3 dollars so i had to come down there one week postpartum to pay the $3 I noticed that is a clear cut pattern as I have read the other reviews this vet has absolutely no compassion for the pet parents or their clients they only care about the check please if you love your pets do not take them here they will leave worse than they cameI had to surrender my cat who was family the rest of my family is heart broken because of hunter her underlying issue was never addressed and we lost a family member due to that I would not wish this vet on my worst enemy because no one deserves the money hunger compassion lacking these people are

Very poor experience, very poor customer service very little compassion or care for animals. I rescued a dog that was very sick and took her in. I was given antibiotics for five days and told someone would call me to schedule a surgery to address the oral infection/issues. I called back twice over the next three days as no one had contacted me to schedule the surgery. When someone finally did they weren’t able to get her in for two weeks and said additional antibiotics would not be needed in the meantime. Both the bladder and tooth infection returned immediately after the antibiotics ran out so I called to get more and was told I needed to wait 24 hours as this was nothing more than a prescription refill request. They clearly do not realize how sick this dog is. I asked to speak to a manager and was told someone would get back to me when they had time. I have canceled the surgery and am looking for a new vet.
