She had amazing communication about expectations for his grooming and he was ready exactly when she said he would be. I love that she sends you a 30 min heads up text. My dog was well cared for and she made sure to take him potty since his appointment went a little long due to her squeezing us in. We live up north and typically go to a groomer near us but we would absolutely recommend this grooming salon for anyone downtown Spokane/the valley/liberty lake.

I live in Seattle and will literally wait to have him groomed here with Traci. It’s so worth the 4 1/2 hour drive and she always gets me in no matter what time and every once in a blue moon at the last minute.
