  Consistently bad service here. I’m a reptile guy, and I’m usually able to look past the poor treatment of their reptiles here because it’s a big franchise and it’s not as simple as just supplying all the perfect size enclosures and care for every reptile they get in the store, however, recently it seems to be getting worse, with reptiles frequently looking ill and injured. On top of the animal treatment, I have 3 reptiles of my own; lizards, and I feed them a mixed diet of various worms and crickets for the 2 geckos and a mix of veggies, fruit, and crickets for the bearded dragon. THREE WEEKS I have been trying to get crickets for my animals and the store simply has none. Every time I ask when they’ll be getting more it’s always “we haven’t been getting deliveries of them” or “they just sold out yesterday” or “they were dead so we had to dispose of them”. I have been coming almost daily to check and they never have any. How am I supposed to get the proper food for my animals if they’re never in stock? I’m sure there’s other people in town who have reptiles that rely on crickets as well….? It’s difficult when the town only has one singular pet store that sells crickets, I can’t drive over an hour every few days to get them from out of town when I have two jobs to manage. I’ve been having to substitute the crickets for extra mealworms for my reptiles, but when you have 3 large lizards that eat close to 20 worms every two days, it gets expensive, considering PetCo sells mealworms for nearly $30 for their larger sized containers. This place needs to figure out how to be a reliable pet store or people will stop giving it business.

  We purchased 15 crickets and were 4 short in the plastic container the staff member put them in. This is the second time this has happened at this store, and it is frustrating because we purchase often and in amounts meant to last a certain amount of time. Extremely frustrating, and we are paying for products not received.

  The teller sexually harassed my partner, saying things like sorry I got distracted , I was looking for a ring on your finger . And well your man better get a ring on your finger, or he might try ….. gross and inappropriate…..

  Customer serve was great in Sequim petco yesterday. Never had great service like that. Was dreading even going in from past experiences. Now I am a fan🙌🏼👏
