I’ve been taking my pets here for over a year. They’ve seen my puppy specifically since he was a pup. He’s had ongoing skin issues that i’ve been working with & on top of that bad anxiety since a puppy. Most of the techs at the front are super sweet but there’s one who always has a really nasty attitude to every customer. Communication is not great at all, you have to remember when your dog is due for vaccines (they do not remind you) & when i refill my dogs meds sometimes they’re lower dosages, sometimes they’re not?…We’ve spent so much money coming here & it seems like it’s always a “could be this” answer and more meds thrown at us. My dog has had skin issues that we’ve tried addressing for months including putting him on apoquel (which is not cheap) & come to find out that some of these issues were just bad yeast infections. He’s already doing so much better now that I have figured that out so it’s just frustrating all the trips i’ve taken here & no one mentioned that? Also- my dog has huge anxiety, even on the specific pills they gave him to take before coming in. So knowing that, I found it extremely rude for certain techs to be making comments about him from behind the desk, but offering 0 help & then being rude to me upon check out. My dog is a hot anxious mess at the vet despite all the work i am constantly putting into him. id expect people who work with animals all day to understand that. Not a welcoming environment when certain staff are present.

Thank you for taking care of us, out of towners! We were in a pinch with our poor dog and you saved the day! Kind people and vet... Rigby loves you!

This clinic is amazing. Both my mother and myself love love the staff as well as Dr Woods. I first came in with my Belgian malinois several months back. He had a blockage in his bowels. I'm disabled my income is limited Dr Woods worked wonders to give me a break with charges for his surgery. I was and am very grateful. The staff, Dr woods were so kind, loving gentle with my boy, he was very scared. I also now have my ty my c Woods. A few days ago I had to make one of the most painful decision of my life. My miniature Dachsund Jr who just turned 16 this month had a tumor. I was crushed when she told me of course. I cried and cried she wrapped her arms around me so gently trying to reassure me I made the right choice for Jr etc. Dr woods was so understanding with my whaling as tears streamed down my face. She helped me a great deal with her soft gentle voice. And all the girls so helpful with my 88 yr old mother who was also there. I brought with us Jrs fur family so they could also see him smell him etc. I have another standard Dachshund that is Jrs father. His name is Freddy. I thankfully got some beautiful pictures as Freddy started⁷ú to lick Jr. So I have no fought my boys understand Jr is no longer with us. This entire thing was just devastating. Freddy is 18 I know I'm blessed to have him as well. It will be even harder when he passes because now they will both be gone. Iv had them for so long everyday we are together night and day. I dread that day. But I will definitely go back to see Dr woods and staff because of my experience with Jr. I'm very grateful to have found this little down to earth clinic.

Waiting almost a whole week for a callback about a UTI result is unacceptable. Communication was poor, updates were lacking.
