    Staff were great with my dog. Appointment was on time, staff made sure everyone waiting was comfortable and animals were in control. Price was great for immunizations.

    I recently went here for a 2-shot vaccine series. Pros: Had a vaccine that my regular veterinarian didn’t carry as it’s only needed if you’re traveling outside of the state (Lyme). Easy to schedule. Many appointments same day. The petco employees, unrelated to vetco, are always super friendly. Seemingly good reimbursement policy if your pet gets sick from a vaccine (I didn’t have to use it though so can’t say for sure.) Cons: disorganized/inaccurate records. On the first visit,y dog’s weight was listed as ~20 pounds when she’s almost 50. On the second visit, the time of visit was listed as 9:49pm (which is off by 7 hours and the store isn’t even open then). Lots of repeat questions at registration over the two visits such as providing proof of vaccines, dog breed, etc. Some of the vetco-related employees look rather uncomfortable around the animals. Neutral: it took ten minutes past my scheduled visit to be seen. Ultimately, because if the inaccuracies in record keeping that I noticed, I’d be concerned other things weren’t being done quite right either and so wouldn’t recommend.
