  I normally wouldn't rate, nor shouldn't have rated such an experience, and as such the accompanying rating value is meaningless, ultimately because the desired service, a rabies vaccination, was not completed. Reason; The veterinarian was too afraid of my dog. The dog is 25 pounds of a handsome, male, non-shedding, mixed breed of obstensively 1/4 toy poodle, 1/4 Aussie, and 1/2 witches brew. I was not asked to accompany my dog to calm him. Paid nothing. Later the vax was completed at my dog's usual vet (with my participation), but we had to wait a day (which I didn't want to do).

  ★★☆☆☆ Our experience during the visit was generally positive. The nurse and doctor were patient, helpful, and took time to answer our questions and concerns about our dog. However, the follow-up has been very disappointing. We visited last Friday and were told lab results would likely be reviewed by a doctor on Monday or Tuesday. Because our dog’s condition is concerning, we were anxiously waiting for those results and guidance. It is now Tuesday, and we have already called the clinic three times for updates. We were most recently told we may need to wait until the end of the week for a doctor to review the results, which is very different from the original timeline we were given. I understand that clinics are busy and delays can happen, but when a pet is unwell, clear and timely communication is essential. If results cannot be reviewed as expected, patients should be proactively informed rather than needing to repeatedly call for updates. We appreciate the care received during the appointment, but the lack of timely follow-up has significantly affected our overall experience. I hope the clinic improves how it communicates lab results and delays to concerned pet owners.

  The staff is caring and professional. the ladies made the overwhelming search for a good and affordable veterinary clinic seamless. looking forward to visits for the long run. please don’t miss out on a great customer service experience especially when it comes to your pets!!

  Extremely slow. I waited an hour for my appointment before we decided to leave. The ride receptionist said it was because they were short staffed, and I asked "then why have so many available booking slots?" The staff didn't even apologize for keeping visitors waiting so long. She made it seem like I was unreasonable to want to be seen at our appointment time. So, I'll just stick to our regular vet (Urban Animal) where the appointment times actually mean something.

  Akashi and Dr foxx was so kind and helpful, answered all my concerns and Questions and showed sunny so much love.. they even helped me cut Sunny’s nails !! I was so happy because I can’t take him to the groomers yet since he doesn’t have his full vaccines. Will be back for the rest of his care thank you !!!
