The employees are absolutely the best, always smiling and helpful and quick to give my pup a treat, make small talk and help when needed. They all deserve some spotlight for how sweet and professional they are as well as the kindness and sincere care for myself and my pets. If I could, I give this location 6 stars <3.

I wanted to specifically call out Rebecca who was not only knowledgeable but very helpful with aquarium plants. Rebecca is a true hobbyist helping others that have the same passion for their pets. I previously considered sticking with a different Petco but today totally changed my mind. 👍
- BBBeknaz BaktygulovMay 27, 20261.0Was rejected for grooming because pup had some mats and knots. Was told that they don’t have tools to handle that and that I need to go to vet clinic. Vet clinic said that will charge around $100 for visit and then additional $150-200 for the procedure. Then just went to a different grooming salon in the same area and got pup groomed nice and tidy with no questions asked. Saved me around $250 bucks total. One thing is rejecting my pup but another thing is giving wrong directions (sent to vet clinic) that would cost me a lot of money. Turned out mats were not that bad. I think Petco groomer just did not have courage to try grooming or simply did not care and thought that it was not worth her stress/efforts. Another groomer who did amazing has 2 times less grooming experience than Petco’s (6 years vs 3)
