Sometimes the cashiers are not friendly. Not mean but not friendly. Don’t seem to give a shit about their job.

My experience at this Petco has been terrible. Their system has canceled me more than once and when I call to rebook, they blame me for the cancellation, even though it was their system. I

It's a nice store, most of the employees are great. One could use a little coaching with regards to knowledge, here it is, if you don't know something ask a coworker or refer the customer to someone else. Don't just vaguely gesture to a department with a shrug and leave us floundering. The phrase "idk but i know someone who does" will escalate your retail game. 😊

I come here for a lot of stuff, I buy my cats food, litter, my daughter has jumping spiders and fish and shes spends a lot of money here buying supplies for all of our animals. My daughter told me a few days ago she was just asking about a jumping spider on display when Megan yelled at her not to touch it. Megan has become more and more unpleasant over time. Other than that most of the employees are very nice and educated, you do not need to yell at people. I've had very good experiences with the grooming side as well. They're informative, empathetic and always so kind to my dog. Secondly I'm a little upset about the reward system. I have to spendupwars of $1000 just to get a measly $5 coupon.

This Petco has the worst grooming manager her name is Liz not only has she overcharged me by $50 a year ago but this time I went ahead and tried to give them another chance I confirmed my appointment yesterday that was made last week and they called me at 7 AM today to say that someone called out that’s not my problem. They could call someone name from another store or they could ask other people if they are willing to reschedule instead of just texting someone four hours before their appointment they were canceling it then when I call the store when it opens and speak with the acting manager on duty for the store, she tells me that they’re really booked today seriously of course they’re really booked. I was one of those people that had an appointment the lack of professionalism since this recent takeover is ridiculous. The customer service is not the same throughout the whole store. Their store is constantly in disarray and the grooming department is the worst out of all the Petco stores I’ve ever been to. I have been dealing with Petco this particular one since 2002. It is now 2026. They are definitely severing ties as not only will I leave my reviews on here and yelp, but also with the Secretary of State Better Business Bureau for overcharging people and lack of professionalism.
