  In April 2026 I was at Shoreline getting cat supplies. The cashier looked up past purchases and suggested a Premier membership. I was in a hurry, trying to get out of there. The cashier kept on insisting, and I ended up caving in to get this Premier membership. He didn't explain to me it was a year long commitment and there's no way to cancel unless my pet passes away. My shopping habits have changed. I get my litter delivered and I don't go to that store much anymore. Especially since my high pressure cashier upgrade experience. Very unhappy about extra charges to go a place I no longer enjoy visiting for pet supply needs. Every time I see the monthly charge, I am reminded of the situation.

  If there was a 0star rating, it would be too high. Went into the groomer after waiting over a month and a half only to be turned away because of supposed dry skin. He is always pink but not one dry patch on his body after I had to do it myself. Absolutely disgusted at the so called place of business.

  I enrolled in Vital Care Premier at the register because it was presented as a monthly membership. At no point do I recall being told that it was a non-cancelable 12-month commitment. When I later tried to cancel, I was informed I was locked into a year-long contract despite paying monthly. Had that term been clearly disclosed, I would not have signed up. Customers should make sure they fully understand the cancellation policy before enrolling.

  We had several grooming experience with Theo, and Theo took care of our dog very well. ❤️
