  Very upset. I show up to pick up my order for my guinea pig food which at first I called the store to confirm it was ready. As soon as I walk up to the doors their security guard asks me why I am there. Like hello? Im here to pick up a order. Which when I proceeded to walk in he blocked my way. At which i said I just called to confirm its ready. He barely let's me in the door to get my order. After I put said order in my reusable bags I returned the cart. I then proceeded to walk to the bus stop around the corner and then another security guard walks up asking what happened to the cart. I said I returned it. Not believing me he repeated his question 2 more times to which I gave the same answer. I do not appreciate that I was profiled as a thief immediately before I could walk in the store. I literally come through once a week to buy my pets food. Im very upset with this Petco and how they treated a weekly customer.

  Sara was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had absolutely wonderful customer service! With her being one of the Managers, I highly recommend this store.

  Reviewing dog training private lessons at Interbay Petco with trainer Tessa. She was very helpful and creative in working with me on my Scottish terrier’s issues with overreacting to other dogs. She had excellent concise handouts and used our class time well. My dog loved going to work with Tessa and I hope to take group classes with her as well.

  I brought my dog in for vaccinations, and unfortunately had a very bad experience. Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I still had to wait quite a while before being seen. The male staff member who assisted us was extremely impatient and made me feel uncomfortable. His tone and attitude came across as rude, and at times it genuinely felt hostile rather than professional. As a pet owner, you want to feel that your animal is being cared for in a safe and supportive environment, and this interaction did not reflect that at all. I really hope they can improve staff professionalism and ensure clients and their pets are treated with respect.
