  Great team at this petco! Our pup got neutered today and he wouldn’t eat his kibble and we didn’t want to give him his pain meds on an empty stomach but since he eats hydrolyzed protein food, we couldn’t give him anything else from around the house to fill his tummy. We called the store a few minutes before 9 and asked if they would be willing to let us in a few minutes after they closed to let us buy some hydrolyzed protein wet food for our pup and they said yes! Saved our pup a sad evening, super grateful to them!!

  Alexi is one of the main reasons we continue to come to location her knowledge and friendliness is out of this world. She is always so helpful and willing to answer any and every question we may have. She’s so energetic and you can tell she really cares and she’s so happy to be there. Shout out to alexi for helping us pick out a corn snake & some food for our beardie we look forward to seeing you next time!!

  Update: I was contacted by the management team of Petco Vet clinic in regards to my review and I felt heard, appreciated and it was a very constructive conversation. It brings me absolute great sadness to have to leave a one star review and recommend that people do not bring their animals to this location for veterinary care. If you have a question in regards to your pet needs, even if you are established patient with multiple visits, you will be informed you are NOT allowed to talk to the vet in regards to a question about their food or from my understanding from today’s store visit you’re not allowed to speak to the vet in person at all. The store manager David🐾 was very helpful. But,,, in regards to the veterinary care ABSOLUTELY my recommendation 100% is do not come to this location because if you ever need questions answered by the vet that is NOT allowed here.

  This particular location is trying to hard to be boutique and I could see where the store would suffer from it. Items not priced, more emphasis on accessories than pet well being. It really reads like their theme was,"we're next to a whole foods"
