  They blocked my calls and text after I spent money on vaccinations and I did not get the other half of my cats deworming I paid for or get to turn in her fecal test because I would not spend almost 800 dollars to spay her I'm 59 years old on a fixed income I told them that it I really feel it's because I'm black .

  I’m so disappointed by the experience I had today and will not be returning again. There weren’t any regular appointments so I scheduled a drop off appointment for my dog. When they were done examining my dog, I got a call from a vet that I hadn’t seen before and it was the rudest, most condescending phone call I’ve ever had with a vet. It was clear he didn’t even spend a moment to review the form that I filled out to explain the situation and list the questions that I had for the doctor because I had to repeat all of the information I provided with his condescending interjections throughout. He asked me if I even knew what an allergy shot was for, laughed at me when I said that it didn’t seem like he was providing a specific recommendation for any treatment today, and ultimately hung up on me mid sentence after saying “just come pick up your dog.” When I picked my dog up, the front desk didn’t even know his name just that he was a male relief vet so it seems they are trusting folks they don’t know well to care for their patients. I paid $86 just to receive a rude, unhelpful phone call. I won’t be returning again since it seems Madison Park Vet Hospital can’t guarantee quality vets that are capable of communicating with folks in a decent, respectful manner. It’s a shame they can’t offer consistent, quality care. I’ve heard other pet owners in the neighborhood have had horrible experiences and will be taking their recommendations/warnings to go elsewhere.

  When I say that I would never trust anyone else with our two dogs, I mean it. This entire team goes above and beyond on every visit (boarding or otherwise), and they treat our boys like their own. Dr. Barry Katz and Dr. Jenya Katz are two of the most compassionate, informative, understanding, and skilled veterinarians that I have ever met. I drive from a different side of the city, just to come to Madison Park for veterinary care and boarding. If you're looking for a place for your pets to be cared for, loved, and to receive the very best services - Madison Park is the place for you.

  Dr. Katz is amazing! He takes such good care of my dogs and seems to actually be concerned about whether they are doing well or not. I live in north seattle and make the journey down to Madison Park any time we need to go to the vet. Everyone there is so nice. I work at a medical insurance company for pets and I've been to lots of vets, but the search was over when I found Dr. Katz and Madison Park Veterinary!
