  Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group in Ballard is absolutely amazing. The manager working reception, the nurse, and the Doctor were all so wonderful and helped me get some eye drops for my baby. The Doctor also took time to speak with me about my dogs overall health and didn't just pinpoint the appointment to the issue at hand. On top of fantastic service, the clinic itself is lovely, and there are treats for pets and humans. Just 11 out 10, the place is a gem.

  I can't say enough positive things about Heart of Chelsea. The staff is amazingly kind and thorough. I brought my dog here with an urgent dental issue and they were able to fit her in the same day and prioritized her surgery for the next day so the issue wouldn't worsen. They were so sensitive to Sandy's anxiety and were very gentle and soft-spoken with her. Dr. Love sat on the floor with her as an introduction and it's the first time I've seen Sandy go up to say hi to a doctor. 5 stars all around!

  The staff here is amazing! So thankful to have them in the neighborhood. Having an anxious pet, we love that they’re a fear free facility!!

  Dr. Love is the best vet. She has cared for my baby since she was a puppy and always explains in great detail how she addresses my dog’s health issues. I truly trust her care and judgment whenever my dog is sick or injured. We are so grateful for her kindness, expertise, and compassion.
