  Everyone at this clinic is so friendly and looking out for the best interest of your pets :) our kittens have had an ongoing infection, and Dr Love and team have been responsive via text and email and have done things like help adjust the dosage async with me sending a video via email. Most clinics or doctors would almost certainly charge you and arm and a leg for even the tiniest follow up and I feel like at this group, we are not being nickel and dimed, and that makes all the difference in the world. We will definitely be staying loyal to this team!

  We recently moved & needed to find a new veterinarian. We were nervous about finding one we liked as much as our old one. We took both our cats in recently for the first time and we are impressed. Both visits went extremely well. The techs and the doctors were so gentle and kind with our fur babies, and they were very patient and explained everything to us. They even offered treats to make the visits a little less stressful for our very scared cats. We are so glad that we found our new veterinary home so soon. Thank you very much to everyone at Heart of Chelsea!

  Staff are kind and the space was clean. Both the doctor and technician sat low to the ground/at pet's height while we discussed history, which was nice! Sounds (talking, footsteps, barks, doors closing, etc.) carried a lot through the walls-- good to keep in mind if your pet gets anxious.

  My partner and I just moved to Ballard, and our cat needed to be seen on short notice. Heart of Chelsea was able to get us in the same morning, and everyone was very kind and welcoming. It seemed like they actually wanted to get to know my cat and her health history, even though it was just an urgent care appointment. Would absolutely recommend, will be going back!

  Was extremely satisfied with my first visit to Heart of Chelsea! Just got our first puppy and have been feeling overwhelmed in trying to set him up for success, but after leaving my appointment I feel so much more confident! From start to finish we had exceptional care. I could really tell every employee we interacted with really cared about our puppy and cared about ensuring we had our questions and concerns addressed. Furthermore, as it was my first vet visit I was a little unsure about what to expect for costs but they had very reasonable prices and were very transparent about what each service would cost. They were very thorough in explaining the benefit for each service and didn’t push anything on us we didn’t want. Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone and can’t wait to continue our puppy’s care with them!
