My cat has been a loyal patient to this place for 11 years. Recently our cat experienced concerning symptoms and they were unable to squeeze us in same day. Fine - but they were unable to fit us in for the foreseeable future. If this were a one off that would be one thing, but this has happened on multiple occasions. The emergency vet has seen our cat more than this place. They are fine if your cat is coming in for a routine exam, but will not be there for you when it matters most.

We have been taking our cat here for 10 years. She’s been healthy. There is now a situation where our cat needs to be seen somewhat urgently and they can’t make time today or tomorrow before the weekend. This place does good check ups, but they aren’t there for pets when they really need it. We’re switching to a vet dedicated to the health of our cat.

My partner and I have been bringing our senior cat, Petunia, to Cat Clinic of Seattle for nearly a year, and we can't recommend them enough. Dr. Jennifer Fligiel, Amanda, Ann, Tati, Janice, and the entire receptionist and vet tech team have been incredible to work with. Petunia has had several health issues this past year (we love our troubled cats), and we always feel confident bringing her to Dr. Fligiel. She’s helping us treat a stubborn chronic allergic response and a sarcoma that multiple other clinics struggled to identify for years. Whether we're taking Petunia in for a regular exam or for surgery or hospital care, we feel we can ask anything and get clear, thoughtful answers. It truly feels like teamwork. We always feel confident that Petunia is in good hands! Dr. Fligiel takes extra care monitoring senior cats under anesthesia, which does increase the cost, but for us, the peace of mind and precaution are absolutely worth it. We also adopted another senior, Guppy, who came to us with chronic issues. Unfortunately, after his first blood work and urinalysis, we learned he was in end-stage kidney failure. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly supportive as we navigated hospice care, finding an at-home euthanasia specialist, and quality of life discussions. They sent a wonderfully sweet card after he passed, even though they'd only met him once. They made an impossible situation a little less difficult, and we so appreciate them for their care. Our time with Guppy was far too short, but we feel so lucky he got to meet the Cat Clinic team. Thank you all for treating both our cats with so much love and attention, and for answering our many questions. We feel extremely fortunate to have you as Petunia's team and to have had you as Guppy's, too ❤️

We have always brought our cats here. They doctors are wonderful and listen to our concerns, giving us alternative solutions for issues that come up. Oddly, a low point occurred several years ago when there was one doctor that gave an ultimatum - no teeth cleaning before losing weight - with no assistance (he basically told us to google how to do this). She died a few months later. I'm happy to say that by the time our other older cat needed help this man had left. Everyone including the assistants is caring, kind, and willing to explain everything in layman's terms.

I had a great first experience! They were so nice to my cat and transparent with the price estimates. I’ll definitely be coming back to help keep my cat healthy. I loved all the cat art in the clinic, made it feel more like a home for cats and less like a hospital setting!
