  Took my sick cat in and I spent almost a thousand dollars trying to figure out what was wrong with my cat and found pretty much nothing. I told the dr that I couldn’t afford to do any more tests right now and asked if we could try antibiotics. My cat responded well but I was nervous about some lingering symptoms and I called and asked if I could talk to the doctor to see if it was something I should be worried about and they basically just said they can’t do anything without another appointment. I asked if they could just have the doctor call me when he was free so I could ask a couple of questions and they said we will have him call you. 3 days later and no call. Mind you whenever they stood to get money from me they called me back immediately. From my view it seems like they care more about making a buck then they do about the welfare of the animals and that is disgusting 🤮

  the team at capitol hill has just been so amazing and lovely. they made sure my international travels with my cat went smoothly and clarified all my lingering worries. Suzy especially made me feel so welcome at the front desk, she is the kindest, and i always felt relieved knowing that she was there to take care of my cat

  While I am thankful that they were able to get my dog in for an appointment on short notice, that is the only good thing I have to say about this Banfield location. We arrived at 10am to check my dog in for preventive care and to take a look at his leg, as he had been limping a day before. Typically at any Banfield (I’ve been to at least 5 over the years), these appointments take a maximum of a couple hours if doing drop off- it is nearly 3pm and I still have not been able to get my dog. I got a call at 1:40 saying to pick him up at 2:30, and yet I’ve been sitting here waiting for 30 minutes to no avail. Extremely frustrated as to the extreme lack of transparency and honesty regarding the procedure for preventive care and general expectations at this Capitol Hill location. Won’t be back, I highly recommend the Issaquah office if you want an honest staff that values your time.
