I scheduled a grooming the second time for my dog. I knew I was there about 30 minutes early. When I was there the groomer Kevin was on his lunch break having his lunch. I asked him if he wanted me to come back since I realized that he was having his lunch. He said that I come back again at 1.08 (the appointment was 1.15). I didn’t mind doing that at all. I was aware that I was too early since I had some errands to take care. I had to leave home and bring my dog early. I came back again at 1.10. Kevin said ‘thank you for coming back’. I said ‘you’re welcome’. Then I heard he said “Sorry that I come too early.” He was being sarcastic to me because I was there too early. I know I wasn’t supposed to be there too early and I should’ve said something the way he wanted me to say. But the way he said to me is so unprofessional. He wasn’t supposed to say that to a customer. I work customer service myself too. Everyday I meet some rude and difficult customers, but when I’m at work I’m at work. I don’t fight my customers. I appreciate Kevin for his good work grooming my dog at my first visit. That’s why I scheduled my dog again. But unfortunately the way he sarcastically talked to me this time was rude and unprofessional.

Eli turned out well; Mozart was done okay. We were hoping his fur would be cut shorter and that it wouldn't look so chaotic. We still appreciated both groomers though.
