  Shopped with phone number for 3 yrs. Have not received any rewards. Might travel to Petsmart instead. Oh when I ask they said they changed rewards.

  Placed an online order for some dog food. I normally go to the store and pick up myself or order online and pick up at the curb (depends on stores). Recently broke my foot and am unable to drive for a few more weeks, so this time I ordered for delivery. I ordered with more than 24 hrs notice for next day pickup. The dasher arrived after 12pm pickup time and had to wait about 30 mins for the order and left as it took too long (who can blame the poor guy). Another door dasher was sent to pick it up. I called to inquire what the problem was and the girl couldnt find it, so she was looking or asking somebody, I dont know because she was mumbling in the phone and asking questions (not sure to me or who). I kept asking "pardon?"..."pardon?", and she kept mumbling and then say something and then mumble again. I was getting pretty pissed at this point. Either answer me or explain what the heck it is you are in need of from me. She hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager (Michael), he wouldnt let me finish speaking and that pissed me off more at this point. He hung up on me. Well now I am fuming! I called back and yes I was livid and chewing his ass out. He gave me an explanation as to why she was mumbling, which I appreciated, however, there is no excuse to hang up on a customer! I owned a company and have been chewed out before too, I know how to de-escalate an upset customer..especially when they just want answers. Get your act together Petco in Richland, better customer service is lacking in a huge way! I used to go to Petco for years, but switched to Paws Emporium. They have amazing customer service and care about their customers! I spend over $300/mos on pet food alone, plus not to mention treats and misc pet necessities. Petco in Richland will never see our money ever again.

  Petco carries the cat food my kittens enjoy and the employees are helpful and friendly.

  The gal at the fish tank was very kind and helpful and the cashier was very personable as well.
