- JEJoel EcheverriJul 11, 20261.0I would like to bring up another major concern that I had today when coming to the booster vaccine appointment. I had a horrible experience with this Vetco Vaccination Clinic at Petco Redmond. I checked in for the vaccine, and I also inquired about what happened at my previous appointment, seeking compensation and adjustment of records since customer service in the phone directed me to ask them in person and the person who attended me clearly didn't even look at my cat’s records. They just marked the outdoor package without explicitly telling me, even though I went there just for 3 things. (FeLV test, vaccine, and fecal test) So after inquiring about those things, I asked to update my cat’s records since he was already in a 3 year vaccination period for rabies and FVRCP, and she said they can’t do anything there that I need to call customer support. I understood and went to wait for getting the vaccine. After waiting, someone came out and asked what I was waiting for,only to figure out that whoever was at the front desk removed me from the queue. When I asked why, she said that I didn’t arrive on time, even though she already checked me in on time, and there was a longer line too. If I would’ve arrived late, she could’ve just told me from the beginning, but she didn’t. That is absurd. Then they were refusing to check me in again! Apparently,they had to do things within 5 minutes, otherwise,I lose my spot? This is horrible customer service from the clinic personnel, and I do not know if they are veterinarians or not, but they should be able to know how to handle this kind of thing. It was unacceptable to have me reschedule. I was already there with my cat, and the experience is already traumatizing enough for the cat, to make it even worse to wait longer there. After pushing with them, they finally agreed on vaccinating my cat. Again,it was only 1 vaccine, it would not take long for them, and if they are in a rush, not my problem! I arrived on time, and as most of the time, there was a line when I got there. This is such a horrible experience,and I will never come back to this place. The Petco staff are so nice that these Vetco staff members make it so unpleasant to even go back to this store.

- MMMelissaSep 7, 20251.0Didn’t explain fecal test, it’s a mail in that won’t be back before we needed it. The lab tube needs an account number, which wasn’t given. Prescribed wrong flea medication because they don’t look at prior records even though the past records are with vetco. Used to be good but like all good things, it has come to an end. Very apparent they just want your $$
