  Lovely pet store! Their dog wash is hands down the best I've used. All the necessities for washing/grooming for a single price with no time limit. They also have a groomer that works in the store. Only downside is the store is a little tight, but packed with products/services.

  I’ve been shopping here since they opened and spend hundred of dollars a month with them. I bought the wrong treats yesterday, and they wouldn't let me exchange them without the recipe. I explained I didn’t have the receipt and the cashier said without it, or an account he can’t help me. I offered to give him my cc so he could look up the transaction, but he said he couldn’t help me. I’m shocked. I wasn’t asking for a refund, simply to exchange the treats for something else. Terrible way to treat a repeat customer. It’s a shame, they just lost my business permanently . From now on, I’ll shop somewhere else.
