  The people that work at this, Banfield are extremely patient. Our Patterdale terrier is extremely fearful of the vet. She’s a rescue so she does not ever want to be left behind so we only do the rooms that we can be there with her. They gave her treats to calm her down unfortunately, the first round didn’t work. They gave us some medication and some advice to try and help her be a little calmer. When we went in a week later, she was fine. Still reluctant, but we got the job done and our baby girl is just fine. we very much appreciate all the care that they gave our baby Dog. thank you

  The veterinary staff helped extend the good quality of life for our senior dog Millie. They always welcomed us as part of the family. When it was time for Millie to pass, we so appreciated their genuine kindness for her and caring for us.

  This Banfield called me to schedule an appointment for a dental exam for my Shih Tzu. Told me to be there by 7:30 AM someone from the back office called the front desk and I was sitting across from her and she kept looking over at me and made a fake conversation however everyone that walked in the door she was taking them or taking their puppy in the back before mine so I finally got up and I looked and she tried to play it off. She put my dog last to take to the back. It had everybody in front of me and I told her it was inappropriate and that she was being biased. This is the worst state for Banfield care for your dog. Hands-down, my dog used to be seen at the Banfield in Louisiana in Harahan by Dr. Edmonds and I never had an issue since moving here. I've had issues with the Banfield off of 156. The woman they canceled my membership didn't have the authority to do that. I had to ride all the way up to corporate office to get things rectified at that point they pulled my dogs teeth. He didn't have dental issues and all of a sudden they were prescribing medication and now my dog has problems with his right eye. This is a horrible company and I cannot wait for my contract to end. I will never come back to Banfield ever again not in this state not in Washington state .

  I've been taking my cat here for routine visits for a couple years now, but no longer after today's visit. Dropped her off like normal, and got a call an hour later that they couldn't complete my cats exam because she was being aggressive. This struck me as very odd, as I had been told she was very well behaved at all prior appointments, albeit a little anxious. The person I spoke with recommended we give my cat gabipentin prior to her rescheduled visit for tomorrow, but gave no instructions on how to do so or how much to give. Not a biggie, there are instructions on the bottle, except no syringe was provided with the medication! How am I supposed to give my cat a liquid medication with no syringe to put it in her mouth? After spending an hour trying to figure out an alternate solution around midnight, come to find out we were only given 1.5ml of the 4ml prescribed to be administer over 2 doses, so not even enough for a full dose. I also had to ask for specific details about what happened during her exam, and was not told much other than she freaked out for "no reason" and made the other animals more anxious. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and ill be seeking vet care elsewhere.
