  One of the male vets does not know how to follow the fear free practices of this clinic. My dog has never growled at another human being before him. The usual vet she sees Dr. Papich is great. This review is more of him than the clinic as a whole. He needs to be re-trained on fear frees practices and how to read dog behavior. I do not trust this vet with my dog.

  Absolutely top notch service, scheduling is simple, staff are incredibly compassionate, kind individuals who I can trust to treat my pets like their own. Special call out to Dr Pupich for helping us with my pups passing, she was reassuring, calm & made it a truly peaceful experience. Also special call out to Kathy, who is such a lovely, friendly face to see at the counter no matter the reason for your visit. The staff here go above & beyond to care for your pet, and we are happy to have them as our family vet.

  Our experience with Pet Townsend Veterinary clinic was outstanding! Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. We were able to get in within a couple days of scheduling. The clinic is thorough in collecting all pertinent information, via online questionnaires, to ensure they are prepared for the appt., and to help make the experience as fear-free as possible. Dani, our veterinary Technician was so nice and patient with all of our questions and concerns. Dr Baillie (same name as our dog, but spelled differently) couldn’t have been better. Her assessment was extremely thorough, checking all the concerns we had with Bailey’s health, including her occasional limping, excessive licking, chewing and need for flea-tick-heartworm med. We left feeling reassured by the results of testing and so thankful to have found such a great team of professionals. With all the traveling that we do, it’s not always easy to find people you can trust. We will be using Pet Townsend whenever we are in Port Townsend❤️

  The staff are routinely great to work with and very mindful of what works for each individual animal. I highly recommend this office. I also met a new vet Dr. Morgan. I very much appreciated his thoroughness and sensitivity to my dog who is wary of men due to past mistreatment. As I have indicated, the pricing is high compared to what I experience in Tucson where the vet comes to my home and includes a trip charge. However, the convenience of this office being within walking distance and the quality of care I believe my pets receive keeps me as their client.
