I’ve been bringing my 13 year old cat to Chimacum Valley Veterinary Hospital since he was just a kitten. Like many cats, my boy gets nervous about going to the vet, but over the years, the staff at the hospital have been so gentle and patient with him and have gone above and beyond to make his wellness exams and vaccinations go as smoothly as possible. Last week, he had surgery to have a mass removed and two teeth extracted. Everyone took such good care of him (and he even came home with his nails trimmed and his fur shinier than I’ve ever seen it because they took care of his nails - not his favorite activity! - and carefully combed him out while he was asleep), and he is recovering so well. I’m so grateful to the team at Chimacum Valley for giving my boy a lifetime of excellent care and for helping him stay healthy in his senior years (even when he’s grumpy about it!).

Dr. Rooker was very patient & willing to do annual exam on back porch due to our dog's anxiety. A very good experience.
