  We came to the Pasco store after the Richland store clerk tried to talked us out of buying the bearded dragon and supplies we wanted. We explained that we had experience raising dragons and knew what we needed. She lost our business as she continued to try to sell us bigger and more expensive items we did not want. I'm giving this store a 10 as the young man sold us what we wanted and asked for. We are raising Lizzy in a great environment. Thanks

  Went in to get some shrimp and a pleco, the worker ended up using the plastic container instead of the fish net and squished the pleco she told me it would be fine and that the fish was only stunned but it didn’t make it to the morning now they won’t replace it for me and it’s only been a day. I normally don’t make reviews but this is bogus.

  I had the strangest interaction with Olivia and Kimberlin who claim to be store managers. Walked in with my kiddos for some new fishies. Olivia didn’t care to ask me if I needed help or anything she seemed to purposely ignore me until I asked her if she could help. I told her I wanted 3-4 small fish she asked me about my tank 5 gal. She told me she would only sell me 2. I asked her why and she said bc it’s her right to refuse if she doesn’t feel comfortable selling them to me bc of the size of the tank. These were the smallest fish they had. I called corporate and it’s ongoing investigation on the store now but apparently reading the other reviews they take their job wayyy to seriously and act like we are trying to buy the secret recipe to the crabby patty? Anyway, If they are so concerned about crowding these fish why do you guys have 200 fishes In one fish tank? Nothing but strange people work there.
