  Took my small dog in who has been very afraid of collars and leash since we got him. we tried on a number of the collars and the Mgr was great at helping much needed and it went very smooth

  I am extremely disappointed with the grooming service my dog received at Petco. My dog was shedding heavily, so I purchased one of the more expensive grooming packages, expecting a thorough treatment. I was told to return in two hours. However, when I picked him up, it was immediately obvious that the service had not been completed properly. As soon as I held him, hair was shedding everywhere, just as it had before the appointment. Upon closer inspection, I found crusted debris around his testicles, dirt residue still on one of his legs, and even a piece of candy stuck in his fur. These are things that should have been noticed and addressed during a professional grooming session. What disappointed me even more was how I was treated when I brought these concerns to management. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, I was told not to return and that I would not be charged. While I had no intention of returning due to the poor service, that response was unacceptable. I took pictures of my dog's condition after the appointment, and the photos clearly show the lack of care and attention given during the grooming process. I am sharing this experience because customers pay significant amounts of money for these services and deserve to receive the quality that is promised. Based on my experience, I don't recommend this Petco grooming location.

  The staff is so kind. I’m 8 months pregnant and every time I go in and carry the dog food to the cashier, they ALWAYS offer to help take the bag to my vehicle. I appreciate that.

  Terrible customer service. My four year old daughter was denied buying two 29 cent goldfish because her fish tank was not big enough, according to the employee. Would not recommend. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

  It was amazing. I got a few things for my aquarium and they were super knowledgeable and led me down the right path. Kimberlin was so nice and made me very confident in my decision not to get a betta fish. I did not know there were so many different types of bettas fish and Petco has you covered and at a better price.
