Been taking my dog and cat here for a while. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lisa, at the front desk is especially great whenever I have questions or need help.

We recently lost our guinea pig, Bilbo. One of the employees, Lisa, took exceptional care of my boy during his cremation process and made his passing easier on me. I was also happily surprised by the high quality of service provided by the 3rd party they employ for their cremation services. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of care my dog received at this location. My dog was brought back to me covered in dried feces — on her fur, stomach, paws, and even underneath her nails. It was clear she had been laying in it long enough for it to dry onto her tummy and coat. Instead of properly cleaning her, it appeared that a “no-water shampoo” was used, which only masked the odor without actually addressing the issue. I had to take her outside myself, purchase pet wipes from a nearby store, and spend 15–20 minutes in the parking lot cleaning dried feces out of her fur, stomach, paws, and nails before I could even put her in my car. No pet owner should have to do that after leaving a veterinary appointment. I also informed staff that my dog had a cut on her paw, yet I was told they could not locate it until I physically pointed it out myself. That alone raised serious concerns for me about the thoroughness of the examination and the overall attention given to my pet during the visit. I understand being short-staffed can create delays, but it should never result in an animal being returned in unsanitary condition or important concerns being overlooked. If the clinic cannot properly care for the number of appointments booked, scheduling should be adjusted accordingly. What makes this even more disappointing is that all three of my dogs are Banfield patients and we have visited multiple Banfield locations in the area without issues. This experience was by far the worst we have ever had, and it was specifically at this location. Because of how poorly this situation was handled, I am strongly considering canceling my membership altogether. Considering the amount I pay monthly for veterinary services, I expected significantly better care, attention, professionalism, and basic hygiene standards.

They all treat my dogs like they're happy to see them. Even if they make a "mess" 😉
