  The customer service was very good. You're employees are quite helpful. The store layout is terrible. It is a very small store and completely overcrowded with merchandise displays. Trying to maneuver a shopping cart filled with two 47# bags of dog through the narrow aisles is nearly impossible. The last time I was in I was knocking items off of the shelves left and right in order to get to checkout. One of the employees was following in my wake to replace all of the items. I dread shopping there because its such an unpleasant experience. Even though Tractor Supply is not as convenient, I'm seriously considering taking my business there the next time we need to purchase dog food or any other pet supplies.

  Dustin is awesome and amazing always goes out of his way for me to the point where I named the spider after him. My jumping spider is named little dusty.

  I forgot what kitten food I needed to get and the gentlemen that answered the phone on 4/1/2026 at about 3:55;) p.m. said I needed to call Waif that they were probably still open. I asked if he couldnt just look up my account or Waif's account and he said he didn't know how to do that, that he needed more training, that he had only been there for 4 months. Don't they just need to enter our phone number to get to our account? Was there not another assoicate who could help?
