  Please take your pet to another pet wash. I took my pet here for a nail trim and a paw cleanup, and it was a disaster. First off Lucy who seems incompetent didn’t even trim my dog nails right she just took off the tiny tips of them. My dog still has talents. She also burned my dog foot with a clipper because the clippers were too hot . To put the icing on the cake She was dripping snot on the table and sucking it back up her nose. I asked her if she was sick and she said yeah I missed three days of work last week and had a terrible cough.. Now mind you, I was holding my dog And I am immuno compromised. It made me feel panicked so she went and put on a mask( how nice of her ) Even though it was really too late. I emailed the owner after this experience because I had to ask another groomer to clip her nails a little more, which she hardly took anything off of, but at least she was nice. He sent me a letter and said that he was going to reimburse me my charges, but that I should never come back in there again especially if I’m going to freak out. I never freaked out and I have friends that were with me that can prove that. These are not professional Groomers. They can’t even cut toenails properly and the job that they did on cleaning up her paws Was the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. Bellow koi can see that her paws were not cleaned up and her nails are STILL too long ! You can see how great they did on the paw cleanup, and how long her nails still are. I have plenty of friends that go here, but after this experience, they refuse to Give this business any more of their money . I used to use the service years ago and it used to be a lot better. It has gone way downhill, and the customer service is terrible very rude people.

  Underwater Treadmill is wonderful! Lovely bath/dry stations. Staff was lovely!

  The staff here are always so friendly & helpful! The water treadmill is amazing, their membership for it is reasonable & it’s been easy for me to get appointments

  Exceptional work trimming our cat Buffy's toenails. She has more than normal due to her being a polydactyl kitty. Some are hidden and funny shapes. Thanks to Soggy Doggy she is in good shape.

  Staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Also discovered that the dog food I usually purchase at All The Best is less expensive here - that alone makes me a new customer, bc my ZuluMyBluePibble has allergies, and I feed him the good stuff. I did the self wash for the 1st time ever; appreciate that they showed me what to do, then allowed me to take me time and acclimate. Also, the store is clean and organized well. I'll be a repeat customer!
