  Staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Also discovered that the dog food I usually purchase at All The Best is less expensive here - that alone makes me a new customer, bc my ZuluMyBluePibble has allergies, and I feed him the good stuff. I did the self wash for the 1st time ever; appreciate that they showed me what to do, then allowed me to take me time and acclimate. Also, the store is clean and organized well. I'll be a repeat customer!

  I came here after my dog got declined from petsmart and at pet smart they were rude but here at the soggy doggy they were so nice I was about to tear up it’s was fun and one of the best experiences I’ve ever had and we had some questions and they answered them all and even got some gentle soothing shampoo for my dogs skin and allergies it was a reasonable price and they work hard I love all the staff and it’s was worth the drive definitely recommend

  I went here right after pet smart declined the service of getting my dog groomed. This place is way better! The staff here are great and very nice. They even brought another blow dryer because they knew we needed it! Amazing! They even ask what you need and they get you the shampoo that would help with the thing you requested for. Definitely coming back here!

  Checked on google and it did not inform me last wash was at 5:30pm on Sunday. RACHEL FRONT DESK DOES NOT LIKE HER JOB! Definitely not coming to this place and Will share this with my 6 Million followers
