I am so upset with the clinic’s handling of my cat international health certificate following her January rabies vaccination. Despite three visits, the documentation remains invalid due to a missing microchip number and the lack of an attending veterinarian's signature.
The lady at reception informed me that because the veterinarian was temporary, no signature is on file. The receptionist was dismissive, suggested an unnecessary revaccination despite recent $650 blood tests, and insisted I personally travel to Renton to locate the veterinarian.
It is unacceptable that the burden of correcting these administrative failures has been placed on me. Due to this unprofessional conduct and lack of accountability, I will no longer use or recommend your services.

We have been going here for about a year now. I just wanted to shout out the front desk staffs for amazing services.
Managing customer service and assisting vets at the same time is not an easy thing but they seem to manage them really well.
We really appreciate your work..:) thank you

I'm never getting pets again! They break my heart when they're not feeling well and they cost an arm and leg to take them to get better lol
Grateful for the staff here, my dog is super anxious and they were super understanding and kind.
My visit would've been $350 for an ear infection treatment and meds but after discussing with the doctor I was not able to pay that she wrote down the meds my dog needed and told me I can find them on chewy, and she would approve the prescription. I am soooo grateful 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
