- ASAmber SoriaSep 28, 20261.0If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the first review I have ever written & it is only because of the absolute lack of professionalism, care & concern I have received from Petco Grooming. I have been coming to this place for 10+ years & will never spend another dime is this ghetto establishment. I brought my dog in for a shampoo & was told that if they find flees that they would give him medication that has proven to cause seizures in dogs, I said no thank you. They did not find flees, just as they have not for the last 8+ baths he has had there. I called to make an appointment for a bath & they apparently have 'referred us out' & in my notes it states that my dog had flees & I refused to do anything about it. Complete BS, he does not have flees & I do not trust anyone but my vet to be giving him medications, especially after reading some of these reviews. They would not have bathed him if he had flees, they were very clear about that. The assistant manager was super rude & the GM is even worse. DO NOT take your dog to this filthy facility. I am grateful to make the switch, it has never been clean, the management is horrible & I won't miss the smell. WORST SERVICE EVER.

- KMKrish MoodleySep 12, 20265.0Sam groomed our 2 senior little dogs. She is amazing. Our pups are a bit anxious, yet she calmed them and groomed them exactly as requested and needed. Thank YOU Petco, for having a kind, clean and caring grooming center. Nice, caring people.
