- CMChristian MaldonadoAug 6, 20261.0I called to see if they could see my senior dog, at first they said yes no problem. I got the worse customer service, I been taking my 2 dogs there for long time. Don't know if she's the manager but she needs to be train better when it comes to customer service. My dog got stuck on bushes and he had fox tail. She said NO WE CAN"T HE IS HARD TO MANAGE. SCRAPPY is just 10 pounds or less. I took him to PETSMART and all they did was brushing him, took less then 5minutes great customer service. I couldn't do it thought it was hard and Petco was going to shave him when PetSmart didn't do that. It's sad that I been going there for so many years and now I can not take my dog there for what this lady said. I sure miss Shelly she was our groomer.

Upon further inspection his outline trim was VERY choppy and not clean looking. Blunt edges, not even. Shaving very odd underneath. Lots of long hairs missed? Not thrilled with final look. Jordan did his service.
