  I had a very negative experience with the grooming department. There was some initial confusion regarding my appointment time, and the groomer, Jordan, immediately had an attitude about it. From the beginning, the entire interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. What bothered me most was the way my two small dogs were handled. Both of my dogs have anxiety. When Jordan attempted to put a leash around one of my dogs, I explained that he is not used to being on a leash and asked if she could please use the harness I had brought with me instead. I was told she could not because using their leash was protocol. My dog was clearly uncomfortable with the leash around his neck, so the leash ended up around his leg and he was pulled/dragged along that way. The same thing happened with my other small dog. Watching two tiny, already anxious dogs being handled this way was extremely upsetting. I had also booked a teeth cleaning with the grooming appointment, but it was not done. I was then told it would be an additional $10, which added even more confusion to an already frustrating experience. I am a shy person and struggle with social anxiety, so unfortunately I did not speak up as much as I wish I had in the moment. Looking back, I really regret leaving my dogs there after seeing how they were handled. The entire experience felt extremely unwelcoming. I am new to the area and was hoping to find a new groomer I could trust with my dogs. After this experience, I will absolutely not be returning to this location for grooming. I understand that businesses have policies and procedures, but there should still be patience, compassion, and care when handling frightened animals, especially very small dogs.   The tanks looked clean and well-maintained. I found some clown loaches for a great price and was able to find help quickly when I needed it.

  The groomer did an amazing job on my Luna, she was so clean and pretty. You could tell she felt a lot better.

  The Premier points taken on the receipt is very confusing. Some is taken off each item. Can't you just take the total reward points off the total?
