- LLLR LAug 6, 20261.0This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Petco. We struggled to find anyone available to help us, and when we finally did, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unwelcoming. The most frustrating part was being told we couldn’t work on training our dogs inside the store—or even on the public sidewalk in front of the building. We were essentially told to leave because they didn’t want any “competition,” which was both unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. We weren’t disrupting customers or blocking anyone; we were simply working on calm, controlled training. Pet-friendly businesses should encourage responsible dog ownership, not discourage it. Instead of feeling welcomed, we were treated like an inconvenience from the moment we asked for help. Between the poor customer service and the hostile attitude, I won’t be returning and certainly can’t recommend this location.

To make matters worse, nobody even bothered to call us when he was finished. We had to call them ourselves just to find out he was ready to be picked up. The lack of care, professionalism, and communication here is appalling. I will definitely not be bringing my pet back, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere for grooming.
