- NDNicole DeTepJul 13, 20252.0They canceled my appointment same day it was scheduled within only a few hours it was supposed to happen. I needed 1 vaccine asap. I had to reschedule with another clinic almost an hour away, the trip had my senior dog in for a very hot car ride. Whatever excuse this location has for causing my dog stress, they need to be better prepared and follow through with their appointments.

And was intimidating about 3 knots that my pet developed on one ear, about my pets nails and grooming...😳. Sorry but i caould handle the grooming at my home in this pandemic and was avoiding exposure of my pet to the virus.
