  First off, let me say that my experience with this petco has been hit and miss. Krista is the best pet groomer and she is amazing at handling our dog. Now to the bad part- Today, I was conveniently canceled on on July 4, my appointment was at 1:00 PM and when my brother showed up with my dog they turned him away saying he would take 3-4 hours when he has been booked there many times, every time them knowing exactly how long he takes. That's fine and all.... IF not for the fact that they rescheduled my Thursday one to Saturday at 11:00 AM and confirmed and sent me 3 emails to confirm it. So THEY were the ones who rescheduled it. Only to cancel it again. I understand if it was my mistake but it's on Petco for canceling a rescheduled appointment that they requested. Don't bring your business here unless you want to get no showed and canceled last minute.

  The grooming department made me schedule 3 weeks out only to cancel on me with 2 hours notice. Nice. At least they scheduled a new grooming appointment for my dogs 10 days later in the middle of the work day. That was super helpful.

  This was my 1st time at this location. It was kind of dark inside. I walked past 3 employees, not one of them greeted me or even acknowledged me. There was only one bag left of the rabbit litter I needed. It was on sale, B.O.G.O 50% off. That was disappointing. The shelves in that aisle were bare, and the store was empty of customers. I wasn't impressed.
