I've had my pets with Banfield for years, but I have to say this is the best location in this area by far. From the front desk, vet techs, to the Doctors they are all so great and caring. Dr. Ovi in particular has really made handling my dogs different ailments so much easier and she truly cares. Jenell, Soren, Chris, and Venus have also been so great to just name a few of the helpful workers. Everyone is fantastic! Highly recommend.

The entire team really did a great job with my extremely anxious 117 lb Rottweiler. 🐕‍🦺 She needs her nails trimmed again, and I am definitely going back to Banfield Vet in Lynnwood to have that done.🦴 My sincere gratitude goes out to each and everyone who worked with Cleopatra! 🐾

The doctor was very kind and attentive. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and made sure both my dog and I were comfortable and aware of what was going on. It would be a 5 star review, but I was unhappy with one of the vet techs/nurses. Travis was unnecessarily rough with my dog, who does great at the vet other than being a little shy. Even the doctor pointed out to him after he had yanked my dog by her collar that it was inappropriate given how well behaved she is. He did not apologize nor look remorseful, and I will be requesting that he not work with my dog in the future. The doctor did let me know she would speak with him, but it was a very jarring experience.

As a member of Banfield for the last five years, today was the worst experience we have had and any location to date. When I arrived for my cats routine check up with an inquiry about flea treatment I was greeted by Soren who was a wonderful and helpful person that made me happy I choose Banfield, however then came Venus who immediately began fear mongering me into signing up immediately for an expensive year long prescription for flea medication before the appointment had even begun. Soren noticed my uneasiness and and lack of ability to even get a word in before being rudely cut off with long winded explanations that made almost no sense, and tried to allow me the space to think about it and make decisions later instead of right then and there. I appreciated the kindness and humanity of Soren in this moment when Venus was continuously pushing me and making me say no several times. Once I got the call that it was time to pick him up is when things started to go more south. Venus immediately started explaining what she did with him and that he was growling a lot with her and pretty feisty, which is already a red flag considering Tony has never growled at a Banfield employee in his five years of life with them and has only been described as sweet and slightly opposed to their actions but always letting them without a fight. Upon pick up, Venus started pretending that he was growling a lot and is probably going to get more aggressive with age and we should consider sedatives next time, but we noticed that when facing our of view of her he was fine and as soon as he saw her would start growling, again this has never happened with any other human. When she gave me a dewormer medication I simply asked “oh does he have worms then?” She would not give me a straight answer after I clearly asked 2 more times and only tried to make me fearful of said worms without confirming their existence or not. I then asked if she was able to look up his microchip there if I wanted to update his information and I was met with an aggressive and annoyed response of shutting that down and saying that’s not something they can do and that I should already know that and that she didn’t want to scan him at all because it would be too much effort and my car would not like it. Then proceeded to lie and say that micro chips fall out ALL the time and so frequently that she constantly finds them scattered on the floor in their office, a quick google search proved that wildly untrue. I am extremely disheartened by how terribly every interaction was handled by Venus and how my cat reacted to her and after the visit. Soren was so wonderful, calming and helpful, but Venus made it very easy for me to decide to cancel my membership altogether and never return to a Banfield with my furry loved one.
