  Cashier was very rude. I had two puppies and she asked very invasive questions. First, she asked how much they were and commented on how much the price must be because she's always paid x, y, z for her animals. Did not appreciate the attitude when I was just trying to buy some supplies. Also asked some other questions that were not her business to ask, but she did anyway. Thankfully we do not live here so we don't have to be interrogated again when we're trying to shop.

  I do not recommend utilizing the adoption service in the store. Who ever they are partnered with is unprofessional. We made an appointment to meet up with the lady to check out a cat. She scheduled the time at 2pm and we arrived 10 minutes early. When the scheduled time happened she never arrived. We waited for 30 minutes and she never showed up or bothered contacting me. It was very rude and inconsiderate of you to schedule something (knowing I was going to bring my small children) and to never show up or even try to contact me. It makes you wonder how these animals are being treated as I also noticed the cat enclosure was very gross too.
