I spoke with three individual workers yesterday trying to get help. I did get help, but every one was rude as hell. The lady at the counter and the two ladies in the back. Absolutely terrible customer service. Now I know customers have zero self awareness and can make customer service workers lives absolute nightmares. I did customer service for 20 years. But that doesn’t give them the right to treat people with disrespect, especially those who are nice to them. I would suggest having a work meeting with your crew about mannerisms and attitudes.

I tried to make a purchase online on Friday, the 11th, and I have had a failed pending charge on my card for almost 150 dollars. Called customer service and they said they escalated it, but haven't heard back anything. Is it normal for companies to just hold your money like this? Don't try to make online purchases. If it doesn't work, you won't see the money you tried to spend for atleast a week and a half.

Do not go to Longview Petco for Guinea pigs! Everytime I do come here these poor babies NEVER have hay and when I do bring it up to any employee I get attitude and told " they will get fed when they fed " GIVE YOUR GUINEA PIGS HAY!!! THEY NEED HAY TO LIVE!!! Longview petco shouldn't be allowed to sell Guinea pigs if they cant even give them food nor water!
