  I have typically had a positive experience at the Longview, WA Petco, however, my online order pickup yesterday was not a positive experience at all. Encountered an employee who was rude and argumentative when I was attempting to explain a problem with my online account. Considering not returning and utilizing Chewy only

  I love stopping in to see the lizards, frogs and fish. Your employee Linzi is such a sweetheart and she is always so friendly!

  The cashier was trying to check me out but a saleslady/supervisor was busy talking with him about the safe being counted wrong and a bunch of other things. At the end I said Have a nice day...got nothing in return because the lady was too busy talking to the cashier! Grrrr

  I asked for assistance coming in door at the fish area, girl at register, said she'd tell mngr , so i went back to the fish area. Waited another 15 min, nothing over the intercom and Noone showed.waited in checkout, came to angry, explained id been back there about 20 min total, he proceeded to say he has a lady been waiting 5 min, that he saw me walk in and I hadn't been there that long and needed to have patience. I said when I walked in your back was 2 me and you were at the front talking to customer. But that's never here nor there, im not here to argue. As im headed back again to the fish area, I heard him telling customer I was living he saw me. NO MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR. He had said he had people screaming at him all day, I reply im not screaming just ask8ng for help. Just wondering if this is the kind of experience you want your customers to have when coming into this store?
