  Dr. Kristyn Brown is easily the worst veterinarian I have ever been to. She had the most horrendous bedside manner and complete lack of care for animals whatsoever. She walked into the room, didn’t introduce herself to us or our animals, then proceeded to get in our dog’s face and grab his leg so hard he yelped. She was extremely unpersonable and borderline rude the entire time she was in the room, ignored all of the signals my dog was giving her and rushed through the exam despite him clearly needing to take a break from her manhandling him, had to look up the name of a very common flea/tick medication that our dog is on because she didn’t know what it was, and most importantly, was SO harsh and rough when handling our dog that he became extremely anxious and fearful of her. She demonstrated zero care or attention to our dog’s well being. It was the most appalling lack of kindness or animal care I have ever seen in from someone working in vet med. Additionally, we booked a $25 new client special, but were unpleasantly surprised by them refusing to honor it and instead charging $95 for an exam. Their reasoning was that because we had “medical concerns” about our dog, it didn’t count as a wellness exam. We have a 12 year old senior dog and asked for an updated vaccine and routine yearly allergy shot, which along with the exam and 25 doses of canine ibuprofen, came to $350. I have never in my life seen such abysmal prices anywhere, nor such shady practices such as booking me with one price and then switching it at checkout. We went today with the intention of establishing care with them for our 5 animals, but we will NEVER be going back. Stay away from this vet!!

  Best vet care anywhere! Office staff, vets and their assistants are kind, knowledgeable. Empathetic, we’ve been clients since 2018, can’t say enough good things about this vet practice!

  Love these guys! Always there to explain everything to you. Easy to talk to, and cool as hell. Two thumbs up Legacy and Thank you as well! I believe Kamaya has been the one through most my daughters and I visits and has been a blessing especially when we had to put our boy Harley down. She was the best support EVER! She cried with us, laughed with us. Beautiful heart and soul! Thank you so much Kamaya you’re amazing!!! Also the ladies at the front desk are also super cool, and very helpful. Especially the one that’s always so caring, not sure of her name, she has cool hair, but she always asks about my DaisyMae and tells me to give her some lovins for her! So also a big Thanks to the front desk ladies too! Cant forget about Dr. Brown for helping with my DaisyMae’s surgery! She did an amazing job!
