- GMGreg Mckinley1 day ago1.0The clinic should reserve time daily for emergencies. Tried to get a apt one day then the next day for a surgery on our dog. No flexibility and no compassion towards our awful circumstance. I think it's time to move on unfortunately.

- SSshelby SimmetAug 26, 20265.0I’ve brought my dog here a few times now since she has had a few problems. The drs I have seen are phenomenal. The vet techs are also phenomenal. They always make sure everything is checked and thorough. They are kind and compassionate with my old fur baby also.

Front office staff is friendly, the veterinarian has been very helpful with both my dogs with dealing with some picky eating and digestive issues. It's very helpful to me that they offer Saturday hours, being that I work five days a week and it's very hard for me to get into a vet Monday through Friday. As we all know, veterinary care is not cheap, but I appreciate this clinic that they don't seem to up charge and offer me different options and avenues as far as trying a few experiments first, versus doing lots of expensive tests. This is good comprehensive care.

They offered great flexibility because of the uncertainty of the situation. They even negotiated with their corporate office to get a discount authorized due to our circumstances. It’s obvious from talking to Legacy staff that they really care about the animals they serve. I’m happy to give an enthusiastic 5-star review and much, much gratitude to Legacy Animal Medical Center in Liberty Lake. Thank you!!!
