  Awful experience with the older cashier lady at the front. She was on the phone so I was patiently waiting in line, she got off the phone and asked what i needed, told her I was waiting to check out. She sarcastically pointed to the register and said "checkout is RIGHT HERE" talking to me with total disrespect and sarcasm. I told her i would put the bag of dog food back and I would not be purchasing today. Calmly left the store. Once I put the dog food back and started walking back to the front i told her to have a good day and she yelled at me "YOU TOO" For surveillance it was approximately 2:40 PM on Sunday Oct 11th. I was the lady holding a Hills Science Diet bag of puppy food If you wouldn't treat your family like that do not treat your customers that way. Horrible experience and all I needed was to purchase one item.

  Came and rushed all the way out here tonight, was told by the cashier we can’t get any fish because someone called out, very sad and disappointed we came out so far to be unable to buy any fish before it was even 7:30. Then while I’m on the phone in the parking lot - someone comes out of the store with a fish and this is 10 min to close. How come I was denied fish, but not them- and how come there’s no notification or warning saying hey you can’t buy any fish. Picking and choosing who can have fish?

  The check out attendant was so nice! In a time where customer service and kindness can be far a few, so I really appreciated her genuine, warm kindness simply being human to human. And I walked in 15 mins before closing and she was lovely (although it could have been my cutie 4-legged friend that hams it up for treats. Lol)

  The store is great, clean and nice.. but I called ahead to see if they had feeder mice (before driving an hour to get there) and even though they said they did, when I got there they didn't, and brushed me off.
