  🚨 Do not buy fish here🚨 The fish sold to me at this location came with multiple varieties of fish disease from bacterial infections to parasites. The holding tanks were littered with disease and dead fish. After week 1 of a 4 week quarantine in a fully cycled tank, with medications to treat the various issues this store passes on to their customers, only 20% of the fish survived. With intense (and expensive) top of the line medications to bring them back from the brink of death. The majority were already too sick to cure. Its a store by store basis with petco and this store could learn a lot from the smokey point location about fish care. We all know its risky buying fish at these stores, but this location in particular is the absolute worst ive ever seen in a decade of fish keeping. They shouldn't even sell fish if these are the conditions they keep them in.

  I have been taking my 2 dogs to petco grooming for years to get their nails trimmed and buffed. Usually they are super nice. Today we took them in because I had an appointment at 1130. The person who was up front said there was no appointment on the books. Told them I have a text to confirm they said I see the text in our system but you're not on the schedule so we can't see you. They did apologize but it was just the inconvience of the whole situation. At the least they could have offered to reschedule the appointment. My dogs nails take 10 min total and results in a $20 tip. I can't do them at home so take them somewhere i trust to do it.

  I’ve been bringing my poodle here regularly for grooming and have always relied on their services. However, during my most recent visit, I received a call saying they couldn’t complete the grooming because my dog was “uncooperative.” It seems a new groomer handled the appointment and declined to proceed, and now I’m being told services won’t be provided at other Petco locations either. I know my pet is not aggressive and doesn’t bite, so this experience is very disappointing.

  It was unremarkable. No real customer service unfortunately; no one notices you when you're walking in.. Luckily, I already researched what I needed to purchase. The only person who pays attention is the person at the register because you're right in front of them lol. They are pricey. It's close to my home which is why I didn't go to PetSmart this time. I won't make that mistake any longer.
