  Awful customer service and theft. Ordered an online order (on my desktop) and was charged $43.15, money removed from my account - website glitches and states it was not able to authorize and to call the store. I call the store and got connected with a young woman who claims she is the manager, I give her all my information and then she comes back and says "order for Brianne" which was not even the name I gave her and it was a completely different item than what I had ordered. I tell her the money is gone from my account and clearly the website glitched - she basically states its not the stores issue and to call customer service - she then calls customer service because I rebottled with its not the customers job to fix a glitch within their systems - she and the customer service agent (from a call center somewhere else) can find the order but claim no money was taken despite the fact that I have proof the card was charged and money is gone. They accuse the issue of being apple related and asked if I was using an apple device when purchasing (I was not), and when I told them no they said they could charge the card a second time and fulfill the order -- so 1 bag of cat food and 1 container of cat litter would then cost med $86.30. A loyal customer who makes regular purchases and thanks to this "managers" lack of customer service I will not be back. Stealing from your customers is not okay. Will be filing fraud charges with the bank

  We go here for dog grooming. I recently purchased a product online with store pickup. Received a good discount by this method.

  You lost a customer yesterday. Because of your return policy. They you do not have clearly visible. I purchased an extra small cat harness and leash. I would not have purchased it from your store if I thought for a second that I couldn't return it. I would have purchased it from a vendor where that was allowed to happen if it was too small. So I don't find out until I go into the store. And I get told by the manager that apology has changed recently. And the best he can do is give me a gift card. So as soon as that in-store credit is used I will never purchase anything from your store again. I don't agree with your policy. I was blindsided by it. I work hard for my money. You don't get to keep it just because you don't want to pay the price of doing business. Returning something isn't a privilege. It's the cost of doing business. So you have lost my business. I am an angry customer. And I will never be your customer again.

  Giving two stars since we used to have a good experience but will no longer be going here since they will not allow our dog to be groomed here. Planned a grooming appointment and did their pre-check in online. Only asks if your dog has taken a SEDATIVE in the past 24 hours. I got there with my pup and they asked about sedatives and asked all check in questions. Just before she was going to go back, they asked if she’s on medication. I said just Prozac and they immediately said she cannot be seen. I asked why since it’s not a sedative and it’s just daily anxiety meds even humans regularly take. They said she cannot be on sedatives. I encourage the store to put out their “policy” that they are going to enforce not allowing specific medications. There was nothing that told me otherwise that Prozac was not allowed and it’s a big deal for my dog to leave the house due to anxiety and reactivity - would’ve saved me a lot of time and effort. I called their customer support and they said they do not have a company policy but it is individual to the store. I also encourage pet professionals to educate themselves on medications regularly taken by dogs/cats as Prozac is not a sedative.

  🚨 Do not buy fish here🚨 The fish sold to me at this location came with multiple varieties of fish disease from bacterial infections to parasites. The holding tanks were littered with disease and dead fish. After week 1 of a 4 week quarantine in a fully cycled tank, with medications to treat the various issues this store passes on to their customers, only 20% of the fish survived. With intense (and expensive) top of the line medications to bring them back from the brink of death. The majority were already too sick to cure. Its a store by store basis with petco and this store could learn a lot from the smokey point location about fish care. We all know its risky buying fish at these stores, but this location in particular is the absolute worst ive ever seen in a decade of fish keeping. They shouldn't even sell fish if these are the conditions they keep them in.
