- DRDatta RaviMay 6, 20261.0I’ve been bringing my poodle here regularly for grooming and have always relied on their services. However, during my most recent visit, I received a call saying they couldn’t complete the grooming because my dog was “uncooperative.” It seems a new groomer handled the appointment and declined to proceed, and now I’m being told services won’t be provided at other Petco locations either. I know my pet is not aggressive and doesn’t bite, so this experience is very disappointing.

The only person who pays attention is the person at the register because you're right in front of them lol. They are pricey. It's close to my home which is why I didn't go to PetSmart this time. I won't make that mistake any longer.
