- APAjay PrakashMay 9, 20261.0This is not a customer friendly location. Terrible customer experience this morning. No value of customer time and energy. Booked grooming for our dog 4 days in advance and showed up today. The said they couldn't take our pet because we listed his condition with mild arthritis, and Petco had accepted our dog with the same condition before, multiple times as his condition is really mild. What's more concerning is they waited for us to show up at the store, no email or text or phone call by the store that they couldn't honor the appointment. They just left a note in our file so we would be told once we show up. Also if Petco policy is to not accept dogs with conditions, why did the website let us go through with making the appointment when we checked the box with arthritis? This is not a customer friendly location.

My only complain is outside grooming and its the regular staffs within Petco Kent store who I feel lacks customer service and treats customers in a rude way! 5 stars for groomers and 0 for the outsode groomer staff for being nasty and disrespectful to customers!
