  This is a perfectly lovely Petco. It has everything you would expect from a large pet-store chain, and the location was clean, convenient, and well stocked. We also used the veterinary clinic for our puppy’s first vaccinations and purchased one of their care packages. The package felt a little expensive, especially considering how brief the appointment was. There was very little consultation—it was essentially check in, hand over the puppy, receive the vaccinations, and head home. It was efficient and convenient, but I would have appreciated a little more time to ask questions and discuss our puppy’s care. Overall, the experience was positive, and the convenience was a major benefit. I also brought my husky along, and she found something on the shelf that she clearly believed she absolutely needed. At that point, I apparently no longer had a choice but to buy it. Four stars.

  Decent price after the online promo, but it was unfortunate that the main reason for my pickup order was for a litter box, and wasn’t told it was unavailable until after my order was ready for pickup. There was no option for a substitute or to cancel the order entirely. I drove 25 mins for a bag of cat litter and no litter box.
