  Joanna went above and beyond helping me select the perfect fish, ALL the things we needed for the tank to make it livable. She was so well educated on the care and the fish themselves! Was a PLEASURE being helped by her. I think we were there for TWO hours and she never got frustrated only wanted to help! Alex - The guy who checked us out today was incredibly kind and welcoming. He had a great attitude, made the checkout process quick and easy knowing ALL the items we were ringing up could have been annoying, yet he genuinely made our visit more enjoyable. Great customer service like this really stands out. Thank you guys!

  highly unprofessional! I wanted to schedule my dog for a grooming appointment and was waiting in line. After the customer ahead of me dropped off their dog and left, the staff member looked directly at me, ignored me, and took the dog to the back to begin working on it. When I tapped on the glass to get their attention, both grooming staff members looked at me and said nothing. I have never experienced such poor service and disregard for someone I guess their not used to humans

  So i called to ask about the cat grooming service which it says to CALL FOR CATS and i asked if they groom cats she says no we don't so I repeated myself just to clarify and she repeats herself no we don't ok so maybe have that you do not actually service cats on your website. Instead having people call just to be told that you don't
