  Great selection of most everything except I would say dog leashes and harnesses. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely the go to place for a great selection of cat and dog food

  Sam’s dogs and cats is THE local pet store that deserves our communities business! The customer service, community outreach, and overall love of animals is far superior compared to the national super chain. The team is extremely knowledgeable about their products, which allows for real recommendations for their customers. For example, when asked about a new “wood bone” they not only had knowledge about the product but had a chewed up example one of their fur kids tried out to show the durability of the product. They also don’t freak out when my fur kid gets super excited about visiting. It is literally a kid in a candy store situation for us, but they still welcome us, especially during Samta photos. Give Sam’s your business, they deserve all the support. 🐾

  I love this place. You have a 90 day return policy. And they keep your receipts, so you don't need to. And if the dog or cat doesn't like the food, you can return it. And replace it with store credit or refund. Sam the owner is amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable.

  Mara is absolutely amazing! My dog was definitely on his worst behavior, but she handled him with so much patience, kindness, and professionalism. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. When I picked him up, he looked incredible and even more importantly, he seemed so happy and proud, like he just had the best day ever. He couldn’t stop showing off his soft, great-smelling, beautiful coat! I’m so grateful for the care and attention Mara gave him. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who goes above and beyond! 🐾✨

  They sold us expired ice cream yesterday I noticed today this is exactly why we won’t be shopping here no more he accused us of lying without actually saying it over the phone “people can lie” so we now have to bring back this old ice cream to get a refund while I’m sick I will never go here again not to mention when u do go in there they look at u like your gunna steal which is extremely rude. So check your dates on food before u walk out the door and support other pet places that will appreciate your business gas prices are expensive so who has time to drive and waste more money. He literally called me back and said if the date on bottom was production date and not expired when that brand does not put production date on bottom so even that question wasn’t valid just called me back to say he wouldn’t do the return over the phone. Just waste of my time and gas and effort all for $18 expired ice cream lol how stupid
