  First time there, the staff is fantastic. My pup received a thorough examination, and I received good advice from Dr. West. I will recommend this place as the place to come to for your fur babies' needs.

  They gave me two drugs to give to my dog for minor sedation to come back for a simple nail trimming and blood draw (gabapentin and trazadone) My dog started falling into walls, fainting, his tongue was turning blue, so I obviously immediately brought him back in. Dr West told us, with a barely conscious with a blue tongue sticking of his mouth to drive 15 miles south to the emergency vet so they could do imaging. My dog is currently still in and out of consciousness... If a doctor over-prescribes and has zero way of handling potential overdose - that is an oversight I can't even begin to excuse from medical professionals. Hope my dog lives!! 🤞

  This place is great. Unfortunately the first time I stepped inside the building was the day we had to say goodbye to our family cat. They were extremely professional, calm, gentle, and considerate. It was extremely painful for my wife and I to have to euthanize our pet but I couldn't have asked for anything more from these people. They let us dictate the timing of everything and made sure that we were informed of what was going to occur and how it works and all the stuff. They gave us full control of when the moment and gave us as much time as we needed before AND after the final breaths. I would bet that this team is excellent in all aspects of veterinary care and services. This one experience made me trust them. The exam and euthanasia fees were very reasonable. The private cremation was $500 which seemed pretty excessive. I would expect closer to $200 for a 7.5lb cat. I'm not an expert but that was the only thing that seemed a little bit outside of the box.

  I took my cat to the vet and the doctor and staff were so kind. My cat is a bit shy, they we so nice to him and did there best to make sure he was comfortable. When the doctor came is she took her time, did not rush us out and did a great job making sure the care plan for my cat was appropriate and right for him. She made sure I understood everything before I left. She wrote down everything for me, gave me options as well. I would highly recommend this vet for you pets care and needs. Thank you
