  My dog had an allergic reaction to a vaccine. A large mass developed and in a week in was golf ball size. Everything I read said it was an allergic reaction but I took him back to the vet to have it checked. Dr. West told me he’d never seen anything like it and that it was an aggressive tumor that could be cancerous and started talking about how my 5 month old lab might only have 3 months to live if I don’t do surgery. He prescribed a steroid and told me there was no point in trying Benadryl or Tylenol. When I inquired more about the possibility of infection or allergic reaction he decided to test the mass with a needle biopsy. Since there was some puss he decided again the steroid as that would make an infection worse. He began talking about Cody amounts for removing the tumor. I deduced to take my pup and my 3yr old and go home without further discussion. I was devastated and couldn’t process any further info from this guy. Within a week the mass was gone and all is well. It’s ridiculous this person who calls himself a vet would go to such an extreme level for what can be a common side effect from a vaccine. Absolutely ridiculous and when he called back to say there was no cancer, there was no apology for jumping the gun. I wouldn’t recommend him to an enemy. Insane, he must’ve just wanted me to drop a couple thousand without questioning and have a surgery done to remove a non cancerous tumor. What a joke. Get some experience in your profession before you start acting like you know what you’re doing!

  Took my chug in for his first visit and had such a great experience! The gal who assisted Dr Brandon was SO good with my dog-he warmed up immediately. She seemed to really read him well and you could tell she brings a lot of experience to their team. When Dr Sarah Brandon came in the appointment just got better! She was amazing! Very thorough, explained everything well and was so warm and kind to my fearful, high anxiety chug. I left kind of amazed....I've been going to the wrong clinic for years! Transferring all my animals to this clinic and have already referred a friend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  After taking our Boston here for a very specific reason, they constantly added more follow up visits costing me over 1200.00 dollars 💸 we finally get the very simple procedure scheduled and received our "high-low" quote THEN the bait and switch arrived! 2500.00 dollars more because now they "suddenly " notice a new thing. Our dog was never even seen for this new "phantom " problem 😒 when we spoke to the front desk...they were exceptionally RUDE and disrespectful. West never even took the time to examine our Boston!
