- AJAva Johnson4 days ago5.0Dr neighbors and Nikki Skittlebug, myself Ava and my husband Rick finally found out veterinarian for our 3 dogs. Dr neighbors was very good and took the time to spend with us and not hurry out like our last Drs at value vet would and then hand us this huge bill for their presence. She wasn't like that at all. She was very caring n knowledgeable and I loved her silly personality. Nikki was so very nice n helpful and caring for animals too. They were a good team. We were in on October 14 at 9 30 and didn't have to wait for our appointment at all. We were very happy for our first appointment with Dr Neighbors and Nikki Skittlebug, Ava Johnson, Rick VanDlac
- SMSheri MastOct 2, 20265.0The team at Banfield by Everett Mall is phenomenal! Dr. Eshak, Nicki, Jen, Alicia, and Diego took really good care of my dog, Sadie. They were friendly and explained things that were going to happen before they did anything. They were very comforting to me, especially Nicki. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a vet to treat your fur babies!
- SHSandy HernandezOct 1, 20265.0Want call out Nurse Nicki and Dr.Eshak for their help last week in finding out what our beloved four legged buddy had and then putting her to sleep (so difficult). I so appreciate your empathy and caring of my Keisha and our family. ♥️
- GGGunnerSep 26, 20261.0**GO ANYWHERE ELSE** Some of the worst staff and "vets". Pick a real vet not a cheap invoicing mill. Banfield is known for the subpar standards on care and vet standards. It really shows at this location.
- DVDeborah VickersAug 27, 20265.0The staff was very caring and supportive. Dr Neighbours did some teaching about older cat hygiene and showed me how to prevent matts in my cat's fur. I didn't feel rushed, though l knew that they were busy. Very pleasant visit.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
