- JLJennifer LivermoreJun 27, 20265.0Ive been going to this veterinary hospital off and on for over 25 years to help care for a bird and two dogs. In the past they were amazing. You could get in practically any time and I needed them for several emergency type visits. Needless to say, I have spent thousands of dollars in vet bills. Since losing Doctor Onorati several years back, things have changed. Recently I needed to get my geriatric dog in for severe diarrhea issues as it seemed chronic and he’s been losing weight. I called 6 times on a Monday and could not get ahold of anyone on the phone. To make matters worse, I left two messages and they indicated they would get back to me no later than at end of business day which they never did. I also left an email to have someone respond and I got no response. I am very disappointed in the way they are running their business compared to how they did in the past. I would exercise caution if you need a vet you can rely on. I would rate them with 0 stars as I couldn’t even make an appointment.
- DSDee SJun 17, 20262.0I'm sad to have to leave a meh review but I have two chihuahuas who have had knee surgeries here and they have both failed. The surgeon doesn't work here anymore so maybe it was about time he retired. The price was right cause he wasn't "certified" or have the credentials I should have looked for. No vet they have seen believes they had surgery but the scars say other wise. Check credentials if you are going to have any type of surgery in this location I'd hate for you to throw money into the wind like I did.
