Took my pet in for uti concerns and they gave me an antibiotic and did not mention needing a follow up or any information regarding the issue. Came back two weeks later because the infection did not go away and they sent a culture out and gave her different antibiotics to “fix the uti” well that did not work so we came back AGAIN since she was still BLEEDING when she was urinating and they wanted to do another test for a uti. We wanted an xray and they finally were able to tell me she had a kidney stone. This could have all been avoided if they took the time to actually follow through with the issue. During this time I have spent over 1k in appointment visits and antibiotics to tell me they don’t do the surgery there and will give me information where to go. Well guess what they didn’t do that either. Staff is nice but they fail to follow through with addressing the main concerns/issue.

We took my dog here after she passed. They were very communicative and so graceful. They went above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible. They included paw prints and a nose print of her in a handwritten letter. They were so kind. Highly recommend!

There seems to be a massive disconnect between the people who answer the phone and reality. I cant count the number of times I have shown up, ready for an appointment or testing, only to find that the instructions or information I was given over the phone were not correct. Then I have to reschedule. Considering I have often made arrangements at work in order to come, having to come back again another day is a huge pain. Its happened 3 times, each time the circumstances were different but the end result was the same: a waste of time and effort.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
